The part-time, subcontractor work (1099) entails remote Mac helpdesk support. The role includes responding to various support requests and the use of Addigy's MDM platform for the firm's MSP offerings. Client support occurs during business hours, Eastern time. Candidate should have a flexible schedule and other work to supplement this part-time role. A minimum of 3 years professional experience is required supporting Apple Macintosh computers regarding the installation, troubleshooting and maintenance for both hardware and software.
