We are seeking one calm, methodical person to take ownership of a mixed operational role that combines hands‑on production, inventory management, structured technical support, and documentation. This is an onsite position in Bremerton. It is not a call‑center role, not a software engineering job, and not a big‑company environment. If you like working end‑to‑end with real systems (and writing things down so problems don’t repeat) this may be a good fit. What you’ll actually do - Assemble and test computer-based systems (PCs, peripherals, and integrated components) - Maintain and organize parts inventory (tracking, restocking, basic audits) - Build limited stock of standard system configurations when capacity allows - Handle routine technical support tickets using defined procedures - Reproduce customer issues on in‑house systems when needed - Write and maintain clear “if X, then Y” support documentation and production build instructions - Continuously improve checklists and decision trees to reduce repeat issues - Inventory accuracy and documentation are core responsibilities, not side tasks.
