We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support a busy executive with day-to-day operations, communications, and project coordination — all from the comfort of your home. You will be the right hand that keeps everything running smoothly, anticipating needs before they arise and handling a wide variety of administrative and personal tasks with professionalism and discretion. Core responsibilities
Manage and organize executive's email inbox, flagging priority items
Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments across time zones
Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up action items
Book travel, accommodations, and manage itineraries
Handle personal tasks such as online orders, reservations, and research
Draft correspondence, emails, and reports on behalf of the executive
Maintain digital filing systems, documents, and records
Conduct research and compile summaries on assigned topics
Track deadlines, projects, and recurring tasks via project tools
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers
Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality
Take on ad hoc projects and special requests as needed

Requirements
High school diploma or GED (associate's or bachelor's preferred)
1+ year of administrative, PA, or executive assistant experience
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Personal computer or laptop (Windows or Mac)
Available during core business hours (9am–5pm in your time zone)
