We perform routine preventative maintenance and deep cleaning of coffee equipment. We diagnose and repair mechanical, water, electrical and software-related issues. We require accurate service records, reports and part inventory usage. Required Qualifications: 2 plus years of experience in Customer field service repair & technical service maintenance. Experience with plumbing connections and basic electrical systems is a plus and familiarity with digital diagnostics using bean-to-cup equipment input/output tests.
