Position Overview: Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Level 1 Registered Nurse for a government facility. Level 1 RN will provide foundational, direct patient care under the supervision of more experienced nursing staff and in accordance with established protocols. They are responsible for basic patient assessments, administering routine medications and treatments, documenting care activities, and assisting with daily patient needs. Level 1 RNs collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and escalate complex issues to senior staff. This role is ideal for early-career nurses or those with limited experience in acute or specialized care settings. Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals Document patient care in medical records Educate patients and families Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions Requirements Qualifications:  Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN) from an accredited program. Requirements: Active Oklahoma RN license Current BLS/CPR certification Minimum experience as required by the facility Resume 2 Professional References Copies of Professional/Clinical State License/Registration Copies of Identification/Work Authorization Willing to provide consent for a Criminal Background Check Willing to undergo Drug Screen/Urine Toxicology test Skills: Clinical assessment and critical thinking Effective communication and teamwork Proficiency with electronic health records Adaptability to various clinical settings Experience: Level 1 (Minimum experience as required by the facility).
