We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support a collaborative rehabilitation team in Lanham, MD. This per-diem role focuses on delivering patient-centered care under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping individuals regain mobility and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications:
Education: Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Licensure: Valid MD PTA license; BLS certification.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience required in the relevant field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in therapeutic modalities, exercise techniques, and EMR documentation.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans.
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
Monitor progress and report updates to supervising PTs.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with care standards.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs.
