What You’ll Do A seasoned or experienced instructor in Yoga, Pilates, and/or Barre Comfortable leading in a heated/infrared environment (or excited to learn) Strong in cueing, sequencing, and offering smart modifications Confident performing in front of a room and owning your space Passionate about community, connection, and changing lives You don’t just teach movement. You coach it. You embody it. You elevate it. Create a welcoming, inclusive, high-energy boutique experience Lead safe, effective, and engaging InfraRED classes for all levels Deliver intentional programming with clear coaching and alignment focus Begin and end every class on time — professionalism matters Own your class on the schedule and keep subbing to a minimum Partner with Fitness Leadership on scheduling, feedback, and studio standards Maintain studio cleanliness, excellence and uphold all Group Exercise policies And you’re a brand builder: Actively promote your classes to drive attendance and engagement Post on social media at least 2x per week promoting your class (stories, reels, posts — we love creativity!)
