Workflow Wrangler & Event-Tracking Coordinator
Part-Time or Sundays Only
Do you enjoy turning digital chaos into tidy checklists? Does an unanswered email feel like a personal insult? We may have the job for you.
We produce Software as a Service (SaaS) and manage office buildings throughout the Midwest. Your first internal project will involve using Notion, Gemini, Cursor, and other tools to track events, inquiries, emails, deadlines, and follow-ups—because “I thought someone else handled it” is not an approved workflow.
Experience with Notion, Canva, Gemini, Cursor, basic HTML, automation, social media, sales content, events, or customer service is helpful. A Pulitzer Prize is impressive but, after a lengthy internal debate, not required.
Flexible part-time or Sundays-only work is available. You will work with several people, and tools will be selected by group consensus—so diplomacy may be nearly as useful as technology.
Paid Working Interview:
Choose Sunday, August 9 or August 16, at noon or 3:00 p.m. The three-hour interview pays $120 through Zelle. Yes, we actually pay people for their time—revolutionary, we know. You can also schedule an interview on Tuesday or Wednesday at 12 noon or 3 PM
To apply, send your résumé, phone number, preferred date and time, and a short description of your experience. No résumé, no interview; even our workflow has boundaries. Sunday candidates will receive an email after 7:00 p.m. Saturday and a confirmation call around 11:00 a.m. Sunday.
