Team context
You will work across design, art, backend, and product stakeholders in a distributed US team on game experiences that combine strong core gameplay with digital ownership and economy-aware features.

Async-first execution with scheduled reviews, standups, and milestone planning sessions.
Time-zone overlap
Expected to maintain at least 4 hours of overlap with US business hours on collaboration days.
Reporting line
Reports to game production leadership and works closely with product, design, art, and backend partners.

Unity, C#, Git-based workflows, sprint tracking tools, documentation, and structured review cycles.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience building gameplay systems in Unity with C# for Android and iOS releases.
- Solid understanding of game feel, progression loops, and player-facing systems for mobile audiences.
- Experience optimizing performance, memory use, and device compatibility across mobile builds.
- Comfort integrating backend-connected features, economy systems, or live content hooks.
- Clear written communication and reliable async collaboration in a remote production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and refine gameplay systems for KBG titles and partner engagements.
- Translate game design direction into maintainable, production-ready code.
- Collaborate with design and product teams on progression, usability, and feature tuning.
- Support feature scoping, technical estimation, and milestone planning.
- Contribute to code quality, reviews, and engineering standards across a distributed team.
