What you'll be doing: • Cleaning, de-duplicating, and structuring complex CRM data in Excel and/or Access • Writing and optimizing SQL queries to pull, update, and validate records • Troubleshooting data integrity issues as they come up (missing fields, mismatched records, broken links between tables) • Supporting ongoing data imports/migrations You should be skilled in: • Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros) • Microsoft Access (database design & queries) • SQL (writing/troubleshooting real queries, not just basics) • Handling sensitive business/CRM data accurately Details: • Ongoing, paid per project (not hourly employment) • Local to Santa Monica/Westside preferred • Must sign NDA • Hybrid work.
