Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years of relevant experience in data science, advanced analytics, machine learning, data visualization, or business analytics. Certifications and technical training may be used to substitute some years of experience. Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with Esri solutions such as Esri ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and secure enterprise Esri portals such as Safehouse and ICGIS. Senior-level proficiency in Python and its data science and visualization ecosystem (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, Plotly, Dash, Bokeh,etc.) Experience supporting Intelligence Community operations. Demonstrated experience creating highly customized visualizations and analytic applications to meet unique business requirements. Demonstrated experience automating analytic and business processes using Python. Experience applying artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) techniques to structured and unstructured datasets.
