Maintain accurate inventory and troubleshoot fulfillment issues E-Commerce & Fulfillment Coordinator Full-Time | On-Site | Collierville, Tennessee We are looking for an experienced, hands-on E-Commerce & Fulfillment Coordinator to join our growing food products business and fulfillment operation in Collierville, TN. This is a full-time, on-site position for someone who understands how products move from our warehouse to customers across multiple sales channels, including Amazon, Walmart.com, our own e-commerce platforms, retail stores, wholesale customers, distributors, and foodservice accounts. We are not necessarily looking for someone with 10+ years of management experience. We are looking for someone who has actually done the work and understands e-commerce fulfillment, shipping, inventory, and marketplace requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day fulfillment of e-commerce, retail, wholesale, and foodservice orders. Prepare and process shipments for Amazon FBA, including labeling, carton preparation, case packing, pallet preparation, and shipment documentation. Understand and follow Amazon FBA shipping and receiving requirements. Process and coordinate Walmart Marketplace / Walmart.com orders and shipments. Manage orders coming from multiple sales channels and ensure they are shipped accurately and on time. Work with shipping software and carriers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS and LTL/freight shipments. Generate shipping labels, packing slips, BOLs and other required documentation. Coordinate retail and wholesale orders, including case quantities, pallet shipments and distributor requirements. Maintain accurate inventory across multiple channels and help prevent overselling or stock-outs. Receive incoming inventory and ensure products are correctly counted, labeled, stored and entered into the system. Coordinate with sales and management regarding inventory requirements, large orders and upcoming promotions. Help develop and maintain efficient warehouse and fulfillment procedures. Troubleshoot rejected shipments, incorrect labels, inventory discrepancies, marketplace issues and customer fulfillment problems. Assist with returns, damaged products and inventory reconciliation. Maintain a clean, organized and efficient fulfillment area. Required Experience Previous e-commerce or fulfillment experience is required. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with several of the following: Amazon Seller Central and Amazon FBA Preparing inventory for FBA Walmart Marketplace / Walmart.com Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms ShipStation or similar shipping software UPS, FedEx and USPS shipping Inventory management systems Retail and wholesale order fulfillment Case and pallet shipments LTL freight and Bills of Lading Barcode, UPC and shipping-label requirements Basic Excel or Google Sheets Experience working with food products, grocery, CPG, retail distribution or foodservice would be particularly valuable. What We Are Looking For We want someone who is organized, dependable and hands-on. This is not a position where you simply supervise other people. You should be comfortable working on a computer one minute and preparing, checking or troubleshooting a shipment the next. You should be able to learn new systems quickly, pay close attention to details and take ownership of getting orders out correctly and on time.
