The position is designed to help expose a person to career opportunities in technology and engineering firms, and to help provide basic training and mentoring to a person considering that career We welcome candidates from non-traditional and under-represented backgrounds. Job Duties -Assist TTT leadership and staff with the coordination of tasks and projects -Assist TTT leadership and staff with organizing files, data, and schedules. -Prepare and present training presentations to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 users -Answer questions related to the use of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 tools -Troubleshoot problems experienced by users of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 tools -Launch, configure, and maintain cloud-based and physical computer server and network equipment -Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting tasks for office technology equipment including Windows-based PCs and laptops, Macintosh computers, Chromebooks, Linux Workstations and servers, copy/print/scan devices, and miscellaneous network equipment -Other technical and administrative duties as directed Requirements Hybrid work may include up to 40% time spent at work locations in Alameda, San Francisco, and Marin Counties.
