Identity & Access Management (Hybrid Azure AD / GCC High) -- Manage and support Hybrid Azure AD (Entra ID) environments -- Administer identity synchronization (Azure AD Connect) -- Enforce Conditional Access, MFA, Certificates and SSO policies -- Support GCC High Microsoft 365 tenant (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint) -- Maintain identity governance aligned with CMMC/NIST requirements 2.) Systems Administration & Endpoint Management -- Manage Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPOs) -- Administer endpoint management solutions (Intune / GPO-based) -- Maintain secure workstation and server configurations -- Support patching, compliance baselines, and system hardening 3.) Cloud & Collaboration Platforms (GCC High) -- Administer Microsoft 365 GCC High services -- Manage SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams within compliance boundaries -- Support secure data handling for CUI/FCI environments -- Assist with licensing, policies, and service configurations 4.) Security & Compliance Operations -- Support CMMC Level 2 aligned controls and documentation -- Work with security tools (e.g., Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike) -- Monitor logs and events (e.g., SIEM tools like Graylog, Darktrace) -- Assist with audit readiness, evidence collection, and remediation 5.) Network & Infrastructure Support -- Support firewall and VPN environments (SonicWall NSa/SMA) -- Assist with VLANs, segmentation, and secure network design -- Work with switching infrastructure and wireless integrations -- Troubleshoot connectivity across LAN, VPN, and cloud systems 6.) Virtualization & Infrastructure Platforms -- Support VMware / Proxmox environments -- Work with SAN/NAS storage systems -- Maintain system availability, backups, and recovery processes What we’re looking for (must-have): -- Strong experience with Hybrid Azure AD (Entra ID) and Microsoft 365 GCC High -- Solid systems administration background (Windows Server, AD, GPOs) -- Understanding of identity security (MFA, Conditional Access, SSO) -- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (CMMC, NIST SP 800-171) -- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs) -- Security-minded, documentation-focused, and team-oriented -- Strong communication and ownership mindset This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance. To obtain a security clearance, U.S. citizenship is required by federal regulation. This position is on-site in Germantown, MD.
