Founded in 2009, Hybridge is an employee-focused technology company based in Silicon Valley with a growing office in New York City. We serve hundreds of clients—primarily in the venture capital and private equity sectors—who stay with us for one simple reason: our people.
We’ve never had layoffs, and we prioritize the growth, satisfaction, and long-term well-being of our team.
The position involves a mix of client on-sites and Hybridge office-based system setup and client support. We’ll help you build your technical skill set and grow within the company, but you should already have some experience with:
- Mounting and installing TVs, displays, cameras, and related A/V equipment
- Comfortable using drills, setting drywall anchors, using ladders, etc.
- Basic configuration and support for Windows and macOS
- Troubleshooting office equipment like Audio/Visual systems, printers, docking stations, and peripherals
- Handling and cable management of physical cabling (Ethernet, HDMI, power) and basic low voltage wiring work
- Communicating clearly and professionally with clients and teammates
- Working independently in the field with strong attention to detail
Bonus experience (not required but helpful, we'll teach you this if you don't know it already):
- Setting up and supporting Zoom Rooms and other video conferencing systems
- Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 support
- Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
- Configuring, installing, and supporting networking gear such as Cisco Meraki
You’ll enjoy this role if you like:
- Being hands-on — physically setting up systems and getting things working
- Solving technical issues in the real world
- Moving around — visiting clients, working in different spaces
- Working with a team that values communication, reliability, and curiosity
- Helping users get the most from their tools and technology
This is a full-time in person role with a comprehensive benefits package: excellent health benefits with zero copay, 100% matching 401(k), free lunch, parking, snacks and soda, mobile phone monthly credits, etc.
