They will be well-versed in commercial and residential construction, with experience delivering high-quality projects in framing, roofing, finishing, door installation, windows, and siding. They will also be proficient in using various types of tools and equipment related to carpentry, reading blueprints, and managing other trades on larger projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction. Possession of a valid California Class C Driver License is required at the time of appointment. Loss of the Class C License is cause for discipline. Individuals who do not meet this requirement due to physical disability will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
