You’ll manage temporary staffing orders and serve as the on-site point of contact for both the client and our temporary workforce. Bilingual in Spanish and English required. What you’ll do: • Fulfill client staffing orders and coordinate temp employee assignments • Hire, orient, and train temporary employees for new assignments at the client site • Manage daily timekeeping for payroll/invoicing accuracy • Address attendance, performance, and safety compliance on-site • Build strong relationships with client teams and maintain a candidate pipeline What we’re looking for: • Fluent in Spanish and English • Experience in warehouse/logistics staffing • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
