Compension: $60k-65k annual base salary, plus commission Locion: Remote Position Summary: In this position, you will be recruiting for various positions; School Nurse, Paraprofessional, RBT, BCBA, Special Educion Teacher, etc. The ideal candide will have educion recruiting experience, including nursing and behavioral health recruiting. In response to our existing business needs, we are looking to expand our team immediely by adding driven and dediced Educion Recruiters. This individual will be responsible for candide recruitment activities to assist the sales team with its business objectives. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year full-cycle recruiting experience is required; healthcare/educion experience is preferred Experience meeting and/or exceeding KPI metrics in a performance-driven environment Experience working with job boards, social media, and with outside resources BS/BA preferred Skills: Demonstred experience and ability to interface with all levels of management Excellent phone, written and verbal communicion skills Strong phone skills (90% of our business is completed by telephone) Robust organizional skills and ability to multi-task effectively Strong internet, ATS, Outlook, Microsoft skills Capacity to work autonomously Responsibilities Schedule: Monday – Friday Key Duties: Partner with hiring managers nionwide to fill current and/or expected open position throughout the organizion Establish and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candides, identifying and acquiring top talent through utilizion of multiple resources and practices Ensure a smooth process for all candides and hiring managers throughout all stages of the recruiting process across multiple locions Identify and clarify all hiring specificions with business unit leaders and hiring managers, present accure and detailed job descriptions, and implement action plans to maximize candide sourcing Source & recruit educion professionals for positions in nursing and behavioral health roles on a daily basis to meet weekly activity standards Facilite the full life cycle of the recruiting process for open requisitions within the organizion Track all incoming candide flow and maintain candide stus informion in the company's applicant tracking system Review all applicants to verify th position requirements are met Maintain current knowledge and understanding of regulions, industry trends, best practices, new developments, and applicable laws regarding recruitment of candides Recommend process improvements to the technical hiring efforts Cree a weekly recruiting report containing all open positions and a list of candides in the pipeline Perform the full cycle recruitment process including source, screen, interview, onboarding and facilite the handoff to scheduling with each candide Benefits: About Us  RCM Healthcare Services works with professionals across schools, healthcare, and community-based settings nionwide.
