Opportunity for advancement Part-Time Masonry Yard Team Member / Forklift Operator We are seeking a motivated, reliable individual to join our masonry yard team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for someone dependable, hardworking, comfortable working outdoors, and able to interact professionally with customers. Available weekday shifts are 7:00 AM–12:00 PM and 12:00 PM–4:30 PM. Saturday shift is 7:00 AM–12:00 PM, three Saturdays per month. Key Responsibilities Operate a forklift to safely and efficiently load and unload masonry products. Assist with loading customer orders, ensuring accuracy and proper handling. Load and unload delivery trucks, making sure materials are properly secured and accounted for. Maintain a clean, organized yard by sorting, stacking, and arranging materials. Assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, including basic product information and loading assistance. Perform routine equipment checks to help ensure forklifts and other yard equipment are in proper working condition. Assist with inventory control and stock management as needed. Follow all safety guidelines and help maintain a safe working environment. Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor. Qualifications Saturday availability from 7:00 AM–12:00 PM, three Saturdays per month, is required. Must be available for weekday morning shifts, afternoon shifts, or both. Previous forklift experience preferred. Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred. Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the workday.
