Engage with customers from inspection to installation We're a growing Roofing Company serving Palm Beach County and the surrounding area looking for an experienced Sales Rep to join our Team. What you'll do: -Meet with homeowners and property owners for roof inspection and estimates. -Discuss roofing system option, materials and pricing clearly and honestly. -Follow up with prospects and close sales. -Coordinate with the Production Team to keep customers informed throughout the process and up to completion of installation. What we're looking for- -Sales experience preferred (roofing and home improvements). -Strong communication and people skills. -Reliable vehicle, license and a smartphone. -Professional, dependable and goal driven. -Bilingual(English/Spanish) is a plus. Compensation- -Commission-based(10% on self harvested roofs) -we don't currently have a 'leads list' but are working on that.
