Your expertise in retail sales, guest engagement, and operations directly contributes to guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational efficiency across your retail area.  Great Wolf Values We Are One Pack – Support your team and create a welcoming environment   We Improve Everyday – Stay curious and look for ways to make each shift better   We Get It Done with Care – Take pride in your work and follow through  Key Responsibilities:  Enhance Guest Experience  Greet and engage guests while maintaining professional presentation  Provide product knowledge and support purchasing decisions with enthusiasm  Respond promptly to guest inquiries and escalate issues to leadership  Utilize upselling techniques during all guest transactions  Safety  Follow all safety guidelines, company procedures, and asset protection protocols  Participate in required safety and emergency training  Report any incidents or hazards to leadership  Maintain organized, clean work areas that comply with health and safety standards  Operations  Execute daily retail tasks including stocking, POS transactions, merchandising, communication to leaders, opening/closing procedures with accuracy and maintain cleanliness to uphold brand standards  Promote and sell products, services, and promotions to support sales goals and key performance metrics  Perform additional tasks as assigned to support overall resort operations     Basic Qualifications & Skills  Must be at least 16 years of age or older   Some High School education or equivalent  Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands; including evenings, weekends, and Holidays  Experience utilizing basic math skills with ability to add, subtract multiply and divide  Proven customer service skills and communication skills; able to read and interpret English language manuals relating to safety, operations, and procedures  Successful completion of a criminal background and drug screen.     Desired Qualifications & Traits  Previous experience demonstrating strong customer service  Ability to multi-task and prioritize a variety of tasks with minimal direction  Previous experience with cash transactions and Point of Sale systems  Proven teamwork skills  Enthusiastic and energetic  Physical Requirements  Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.  Able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time  Able to bend, stretch, and twist  Ability to work in a loud environment with flashing lights  Comfortable working in various weather conditions  Kickstart Your Career    Whether this is your first job or your next step, you’ll build valuable skills in teamwork, communication, and guest service that set you up for success.
