Luxury Operations Coordinator Greenwood Village, CO (Denver Tech Center) | Full-Time, On-Site $20/hour Benefits: Paid sick leave per Colorado law About Us Dial Society is a fast-growing luxury watch company specializing in Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, and other high-end timepieces. We serve clients nationwide through our showroom and online sales channels. We're looking for a detail-obsessed, trustworthy team member to own our inbound and outbound shipping operations. You'll work hands on with some of the most sought-after timepieces in the world, in a boutique setting, along side a tight-knit team that lives and breathes this industry. What You'll Do Receive and carefully unbox incoming watches, documenting condition upon arrival Perform initial inspection and assist with authentication of timepieces (training provided) Photograph watches for inventory records, listings, and condition documentation Create shipping labels and prepare fully insured outbound/inbound shipments for customers Package high-value items securely Maintain accurate check-in/check-out records for all inventory movement What We're Looking For Exceptional attention to detail — you notice everything High level of integrity and trustworthiness; you'll handle items worth $10K–$100K+ daily Comfortable with technology (shipping software, spreadsheets, photography) Organized, reliable, and able to follow strict handling procedures Interest in luxury watches is a big plus, but not required — we'll teach you Ability to pass a background check Why Join Us You'll work hands-on with some of the most sought-after watches in the world, in a brand-new showroom environment, on a small team where your work directly matters.
