Summary of Responsibilities: Provide a unique store experience to our customers through a fun, professional attitude. Able to self motivate yourself and other sales associates to drive sales and ensure goals are being reached. Utilize company guidelines (and good taste) to maintain store appearance and organization. Be able to effectively prioritize and multi-task and problem solve Provide good customer service Maintain store appearance by adherence to company visual standards Experience and Qualifications: 3-5 years of retail sales experience and basic math skills are required Interior design/decorating experience and/or knowledge of fabric and furniture a plus, but not required Basic computer skills required, ex. MS Word & Excel Must have passion for furniture and home décor sales Able to follow direction and present yourself in a professional manner Must have reliable transportation to and from job site Must work Saturdays.
