Fruit Inc. is seeking a motivated individual, couple, or team to operate an established produce territory throughout the Richmond area. This territory includes approximately 30 store locations, consisting of both existing customer accounts and growth opportunities. The territory spans from Montpelier to Petersburg and services convenience stores, travel centers, truck stops, and other retail partners. The 30 locations can be completed as one route or split into two routes. Route Schedule Route 1 Monday & Thursday Route 2 Tuesday & Friday Typical start time: 5:30 AM Average workday: 7-9 hours Weekly pay via direct deposit What You'll Do: Service each location a minimum of twice per week in accordance with vendor partner agreements Maintain attractive, fully stocked fruit stands Rotate inventory and ensure product freshness Clean and service fruit stands Build strong relationships with store managers and staff Grow sales within existing accounts Develop new customer locations throughout the territory Complete invoicing and basic administrative tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle Operate safely and professionally at all times What We're Looking For: ✅ Self-motivated and dependable ✅ Comfortable working independently ✅ Strong customer service skills ✅ Comfortable using phones, tablets, and handheld technology ✅ Valid driver's license and safe driving record ✅ DSD, route sales, merchandising, or convenience store experience is a plus, but not required Vehicle Requirements: This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity and requires you to provide your own enclosed vehicle.
