This is a full time position with potential long-term career opportunities. The position will be based in our Darby PA facility. Ideal Candidate: Superior organizational and problem-solving skills Superior communication and writing skills Excellent attention to detail Great team player Pro-active mindset Patience, composure and a friendly personality Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Receive and put away inventory Pull orders and route drivers Provide customer service to wholesale and retail customers. Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner to customers. Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions. Accurately process customer transactions. Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction. Problem solve and assist customers in facilitating deliveries and minimize freight costs. Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with all teams members. Some Saturdays me be required. Answer 50+ inbound calls per day from customers looking for price, availability and delivery information. Qualifications: Excellent telephone etiquette and listening skills.
