The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and will have a strong eye for detail, demonstrated experience with food service operations, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, as well as train and oversee student workers. The position will primarily work from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm weekdays, perform opening or closing duties on a set schedule, prepare coffee and specialty drinks, operate a cash register, maintain Café systems and displays, supervise up to 6 student employees at a time, and provide excellent customer service to all customers and visitors This is a full-time, bargaining unit position, with full UVM benefits.
