The Opportunity The Buyer plays a key role in keeping our operion running smoothly by sourcing and developing a strong, dependable supply chain for assigned cegories of goods and services. At  SkyChefs, you’ll be the expert who ensures we have the right products, the right time, and the right cost to support our fast‑paced culinary and operional needs. In this role, you’ll manage vendor relionships, evalue new sourcing opportunities, and collabore closely with internal teams to support menu changes and product updes. You’ll also provide hands‑on tactical procurement support for non‑stregic merials, ensuring the Customer Service Center has everything it needs to deliver exceptional quality and service every day. Manage vendor performance, address issues quickly, and recommend better options when needed. Identify and onboard high‑quality suppliers who meet LSG Sky Chefs’ standards. Support menu and product changes by sourcing items th meet customer specificions, quality expections, and pricing targets. Drive cost savings through product standardizion, smart negotiions, and strong supplier relionships. Stay up‑to‑de on product trends and vendor capabilities to guide teams toward the best solutions.
