This position would be for 3-4 shifts per week. The ideal candidate for our crew is incredibly personable, self-motivated and eager-to-learn. We are a scrappy bunch and always willing to go the extra mile; we are looking for someone that shares those same qualities. Beer knowledge is not required but a strong interest in craft beverages (beer, wine, coffee, cocktails, etc.) and food is a plus. Experience in a fast paced retail environment is also a plus but not required. Simply put, if you are a hard worker with a cheerful and energetic disposition, we are always excited to train new hires on all things retail and craft beverages. Position: Boutique Store Clerk Compensation: $17/hour plus consistent tips and occasional overtime Time Commitment: • Part-time (3-4 shifts/week) with potential for immediate growth • Weekends, early mornings, late evenings and holiday work are all part of the job. Our stores are open more often than they are closed and present a great opportunity for those looking to work off-hours while pursing other projects. We love our regulars and they love us! • Capable of opening and closing the shop independently • Maintain and organize inventory on sales floor and stock room • Help with everyday up keep of shop, including basic cleaning • Communicate regularly with management and ownership about daily events
