This role involves supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining safety standards, and helping the manager run the store efficiently. Key Responsibilities: -Supervise and support cashiers and store associates during shifts -Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues quickly -Assist with opening and closing procedures -Monitor fuel pumps and store operations for safety and efficiency -Handle cash management, including registers, deposits, and reconciliations -Stock shelves, manage inventory, and place orders as needed -Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and forecourt -Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and compliance standards -Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching -Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is unavailable
