Every order is handled with care. About the Role As a Web Sales Associate, you will work directly with online clients and provide a level of service that reflects the values of Santafedrygoods.com. You will answer client inquiries, recommend pieces, process online orders and returns, and help create a seamless shopping experience. You'll also assist with merchandising, inventory accuracy, and the day-to-day maintenance of the website. Curiosity, organization, and an appreciation for craftsmanship are essential.
