Focus on strong execution and coordination in a supportive role We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day execution of digital marketing across our premium jewelry brand Saints Gold, and our women’s jewelry sister brand, Isabeaut. You’ll work directly with the Founder and alongside our content creator to turn ideas and direction into a running, organized system — content calendars, mood boards, campaign timelines, and website updates that keep both brands moving without things falling through the cracks. This role is about strong execution and coordination, not independent creative direction — final sign-off stays with the Founder. What You’ll Manage: Social Media & Content Coordination * Build and maintain the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube for both brands. * Work with our content creator to take their content and trend ideas, combine them with the Founder’s direction, and turn them into a clear final mood board/brief for shoots and posts. * Write captions and marketing copy in each brand’s voice. * Keep track of what content is coming, what’s in revision, and follow up so nothing gets delayed. Sales & Campaign Support * Help build out the timeline for upcoming sales, launches, and promotions — what’s posting when, what creative is needed, and what the site needs updated. * Prepare photos, videos, and graphics needed by the advertising team for each campaign. Website & Shopify * Keep both brands’ websites updated with current campaigns, banners, and promotions. * Upload and list new products in line with launches. * Flag outdated content, errors, or gaps on the sites. What We’re Looking For * Solid experience with social media for a business (does not need to be managerial-level). * Comfortable with Canva, Shopify, Google Drive/Sheets. * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle two brands’ calendars. * Good judgment and an eye for aesthetics — you’ll be shaping mood boards, not just following one. * Takes direction well, communicates clearly, and follows through without needing to be chased.
