This role is ideal for someone who understands the creator and influencer space, enjoys building systems behind the scenes, and is proactively one step ahead of creators. This list is a starting point for the items needed, and we'll prioritize it when hired Estimated hours: 8 to 10 per week Location: Bend, but will mostly be remote Compensation: starts at $25 per hour Who You Are Experienced working with creators, influencers, or podcasts Comfortable with Instagram, Pinterest, and podcast hosting platforms Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Comfortable working from checklists and SOPs that we will build together Proactive, reliable, and professional Light video recording of the creator from time to time Affiliate & Brand Link Management Assist in the monthly affiliate content calendar for blog, email & social media Maintain an updated affiliate link library Create a simple monthly affiliate performance snapshot Maintain a brand asset folder for media kits and partnerships Podcast Support Episode Production Support Upload episodes to the hosting platform Schedule episode releases Add episodes to the website Execute social media for the podcast Identify product links needed for show notes Schedule podcast promotional posts Guest & Administrative Support Send guest intake forms Collect bios, headshots, and links Send recording reminders Share episode release links with guests Maintain the guest tracker spreadsheet Manage podcast release calendar Email & Newsletter Support Load emails into the email marketing platform Schedule campaigns Track basic open and click metrics Content Creation Assisting the creator with brand projects on occassion this would include taking video and photos To Apply Please include: A short introduction Relevant experience & resume Platforms you are comfortable using Weekly availability Looking for someone who values structure, systems, and supporting a growing media brand long term.
