What You'll Do Manage and schedule warehouse staff across three Seattle locations. Own inventory accuracy — cycle counts, transactions, and discrepancy resolution. Coordinate freight, carriers, and Bills of Lading. Operate a forklift and drive company vans/trucks between sites (no CDL required). Help modernize our systems — CRM, inventory software, and beyond. What You Bring Experience managing people in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution setting. Comfort with business software (CRM, inventory, ERP, or similar) — tell us what you've used. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and forklift certification (or willingness to get certified). Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
