We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Fund Reporting Specialist to join our Corpore Accounting team. This role is loced in Boston, MA
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
• Prepares and reviews accounting stements for complex funds on behalf of clients.
• Reviews work of junior team members and collabores with auditors and clients to ensure stements are accurely produced and verified on a timely basis.
• Reviews balance sheet, income stement, stement of cash flows, and stement of shareholders equity for the most complex funds to ensure reported numbers are reconciled.
• Drafts accounting stements and reports for more complex funds, incorporing fund calculions, for clients to review fund performance.
• Provides guidance on report structure and checks for completeness and accuracy of disclosure.
• Ensures financial reports meet Corpore and applicable regulory standards and advises team on process changes needed to ensure compliance with new standards.
• Leads working relionships with auditors and clients to make changes to financial reports and ensure they accurely depict fund performance.
• Assists in presenting fund reports to Board of Directors to ensure good governance and communicion of fund stus.
• Provides guidance to less experienced team members as needed and may be tasked with Team Lead responsibilities.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combinion of educion and experience.
• 7-10 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in accounting preferred.
• Ability to review and prepare complex fund accounting stements and reports.
• People leadership experience may be applicable in some geographies.

BNY assesses market da to ensure a competitive compension package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $68,000 and $140,000 per year the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market locion, and is only part of the BNY total compension package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. This position is -will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compension) any time, including for reasons reled to individual performance, change in geographic locion, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
