Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Manage procurement processes including construction estimating, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations using HeavyBid or comparable tools. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation, communication, and project tracking purposes. Maintain accurate records of project progress, change orders, RFIs (Request for Information), and other critical documentation. Ensure effective project coordination by managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations while adhering to strict time management practices. Skills Extensive experience with construction site operations and field supervision. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings. Demonstrated ability in construction estimating and contract management processes. Excellent project scheduling skills with a focus on timely delivery and resource optimization. Proven leadership capabilities in managing diverse teams across multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills for clear collaboration with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Solid understanding of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
