The project lead role manages projects from start to finish from one day to one week with crew from two to ten in size. They organize the team, set deadlines, assign tasks, and make sure everything is completed on time and within budget. The project lead keeps in touch with everyone involved, tracks the project’s progress, solves problems, and helps the team work well together. They give guidance to team members and make sure the project meets the company’s standards. • Plan projects based on scope provided from management. • Work with team members to complete tasks in a timely manner. • Make schedules, track progress, and adjust plans • Watch the budget and report costs to the Field Manager • Spot and fix problems during the project • Keep clear and open communication with the team and stakeholders • Check that everything meets quality and company safety standards • Projects are local and out of state.
