MANTECH seeks a motived, career and customer-oriented Program Security Officer 3 (PSO 3) to join our team in the Reston, VA area.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Provides advice and assistance regarding a range of security issues and concerns to government and program security officers in different geographical locions
Provides classificion management, program security, informion systems security, personnel security, and physical security for the purpose of guidance to customers and industry partners
Conduct classroom training, briefings, and indoctrinions to a variety of audiences
Deliver compelling and articule recommendions on current security issues for program security decisions to Directore and Office Directors of Security, Program Managers, and Directore leadership
Assist in the development of security training courses, policies, and implemention procedures
Domestic Travel and OCONUS up to 25%
Minimum Qualificions:
HS Diploma and 12 or more years of relevant security experience or Associes degree and 10 or more years of relevant security experience or Bachelor's Degree and 8 or more years of relevant security experience or Masters/Doctore and 6 or more years of relevant security experience
Ability to work high-level, complex or sensitive security issues thoroughly and with discretion
Demonstred ability to identify and assess multiple sources for classificion determinions control, marking, and disseminion principles and requirements such as FOIA and Pre-publicion reviews
Substantive experience providing risk-managed security recommendions to program managers, in support of secure and successful mission accomplishment
Familiarity with ICD 503 and 705
Have a working knowledge and be able to implement Intelligence Community Directives or NRO Directives and Instructions
Knowledge of program protection methodologies and risk management principles as they rele to appropriely protecting and sharing informion, missions, operions, and assets
Preferred Qualificions:
Ability to assist the government in the NRO Integred Security Assessment Program (ISAP)
Experience working with industrial security staffs
Working knowledge of acquisition lifecycle security requirements
Security Program Oversight Manual (NISPOM) security policy and procedures
Security Requirements:
Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/Polygraph
Physical requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stionary position 50%
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Frequently communices with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentions
Must be able to exchange accure informion in these situions
