Outgoing and excellent at customer service We’re looking for a charismatic Storage Property Manager to take ownership of our Kingston area storage facility. The perfect candidate for this position is outgoing, excellent at customer service, and willing to be part of the tightknit Kingston community to showcase our wonderful facility and the benefits of storing with us! Wage: • Competitive Wage Package of $55,000 - $60,000 annually DOE Other Compensation: • Several employee performance based monetary incentives • Years of service bonuses • $50 gas card upon hire Benefits: • Health benefits within 90 days: - Medical, dental, vision & basic life. - Additional supplemental life insurance available. • 7 paid holidays after 30 days • Paid Time Off: accumulates immediately Essential Job Functions: • Office and customer service experience • Ability to work closely with a diverse customer population • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English • Fine motor functions, use of keyboard for extended periods of time • Walking extended distances - up to 200 yards at a time • Navigating multiple surfaces: indoors and outdoors • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying temperature and weather conditions • Bending, pulling, stooping, reaching, grasping, climbing, crawling, kneeling, and above head work • Standing for extended periods of time • Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds • Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle within the limits of the law Please reply with your resume and a cover letter that addresses how your experience meets the requirements of this position.
