We are a growing landscape design and construction company looking for an organized, dependable, and motivated Project Manager / Project Coordinator to join our team.
This position is a combination of job-site visits, client communication, scheduling, and project coordination. Extensive landscape or construction experience is not required — we are happy to train the right person.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate active landscape construction projects from start to completion
* Communicate with clients, field crews, vendors, and subcontractors
* Visit job sites to monitor progress and keep projects organized
* Review project scopes, plans, materials, and upcoming work
* Coordinate schedules, material orders, and deliveries
* Take and organize progress photos and project documentation
* Identify potential issues or delays and communicate them to management
* Document additional client requests and potential change orders
* Coordinate project walkthroughs, punch lists, and outstanding items
* Help ensure projects stay organized and are completed professionally

Landscape, construction, project coordination, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Requirements
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
* Ability to travel between project sites
* Comfortable visiting active outdoor construction sites
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Full-time availability
