Supervise department heads and foster a positive culture We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Hotel Manager to lead our property operations, elevate the guest experience, and drive financial profitability. You will supervise all department heads, maintain brand or quality standards, and foster a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: • Operations Oversight: Manage day-to-day functions across the front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services. • Guest Satisfaction: Serve as an escalation point for guest feedback, resolve complaints swiftly, and maintain high online review scores and brand loyalty. • Financial & Budget Management: Develop annual budgets, monitor daily revenue and expenses, forecast occupancy, and prepare monthly financial reports. • Staff Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and evaluate hotel staff while building a motivated, service-driven team. • Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to set room rates, attract group or corporate business, and maximize occupancy rates. • Safety & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with health, safety, fire regulations, and local licensing laws. • Vendor Management: Liaise with external suppliers, contractors, and service providers to keep property facilities in top condition. Qualifications & Requirements: • Experience: Proven experience as a Hotel Manager, Assistant General Manager, or in a senior hospitality leadership role. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience). • Skills & Competencies: • Strong leadership, conflict-resolution, and decision-making abilities. • Solid financial acumen and experience with property management systems and Microsoft Office. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Working Conditions: Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as required by hotel operations.
