If you're early in your career and want a job where you can make an impact, learn quickly, work directly with company leadership, and take on more responsibility as you prove yourself — **this is that opportunity.** ## WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO 💥 • **Drive local sales outreach** — prospect local businesses, schools, organizations, and offices for catering and group orders, then follow up until it turns into a booking (not a maybe!). • **Support recruiting** — write and post jobs, screen candidates, and keep communication moving so great people don't slip through the cracks. • **Support our GMs and restaurants** — help keep company documents, trackers, systems, and day-to-day operational needs organized so our teams can focus on running great shifts. • **Research growth opportunities** — new markets, vendors, partnerships, competitors, and opportunities that can help us grow smarter and faster. • **Take on special projects** — whatever the week throws at you!
