We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to oversee daily operations, support our customers, and ensure service excellence. This is an entry-level management position. We are looking for a proven leader with experience in logistics, courier, transportation, or final-mile delivery operations. Responsibilities: * Manage daily logistics and delivery operations. * Recruit, onboard, and retain independent contractor drivers. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships. * Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally. * Monitor KPIs, service levels, and route performance. * Conduct driver training and field support when necessary. * Ensure compliance with company policies and customer expectations. * Work closely with Operations Management to achieve performance goals. Qualifications: * Management or supervisory experience required. * Logistics, courier, transportation, or distribution experience strongly preferred. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications. * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. * Ability to travel occasionally if/when needed outside of your market. (For example ability to travel to California, Florida, New York, Texas) all travel arrangements covered by company.
