This role involves supervising shop staff, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to one technician. To deliver equipment to jobs sites as needed. Hours: Monday - Friday 6am to 2:30 pm (30 min lunch) The Shop Foreman is responsible for maintaining company inventory, coordinating repairs and maintenance schedules, and ensuring tools and equipment are in proper working condition. Also cares for staging crew equipment in advance of departure the next day. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical issues, enforcing safety protocol and communicating with management about shop needs and performance. The Shop Foreman must have management expereince possess leadership skills, technical knowledge of shop equipment and machinery, and the ability to work on industrial cleaning equipment and vehicles. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or experience in a supervisory role are preferred. A valid driver license to driving company vehicles.
