Job Summary: The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate project management software. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to understand project requirements and objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation. Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction activities. Budget and Scheduling Management: Prepare and manage project budgets to ensure cost-effective procurement. Create and adjust schedules to meet project timelines efficiently.
