Join a supportive and long-tenured staff within a small company We are looking to fill a construction Management position; We build many styles of homes and do rehabs, but primarily we build small single-family air space condos. Our building sites are mostly in Everett, with a few in Snohomish, Lake Stevens, Arlington and Lynnwood. The person must be organized, communicative, computer savvy, able to run a tight schedule, have some negotiation skills and be good with customer service. You must also have a strong understanding of construction and construction management experience. We have an amazing staff and most employees have been with us for many years. This is a very demanding position and requires great work ethic. We are a small company and the job will have tasks other than just managing construction. You can’t be averse to jumping in when needed. The starting pay range will be between 90k and 120k, depending on experience and qualifications. .
