Summary: Seeking a project manager with strong capabilities in materials takeoffs, bidding, blueprint reading, and managing projects from initiation to completion. Highlights: 1. Manage projects from bidding to completion with various stakeholders 2. Experience in subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings 3. Skilled in negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers Must demonstrate ability to preform materials takeoffs, bidding projects, blue print and specifications reading, managing projects from bidding to completion. Managing projects with history of preforming subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and negations with subcontractors and suppliers. Must have history working with Architects, Engineers, Owners, Subcontractors and Company Management. Experience managing projects ranging from $500,000 to $20 M.
