This is a full-time leadership role for a motivated individual who is passionate about performance, team development, and delivering high-quality results. Position Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of collision repair management experience Strong understanding of production management and workflow optimization Proven ability to lead and motivate a team through positive reinforcement Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners and local dealership partners Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales and profitability goals Experience in managing insurance Direct Repair programs. Current relationships with CSAA, State Farm, Farmers, and USAA Compensation: Base salary of $110,000 annually or D.O.E.
