The candidate must have 2 years of experience working as a manufacturing plant supervisor, supervising a minimum of 15–20 operators, and be capable of organizing and leading staff under their responsibility to achieve set goals with enthusiasm and a positive attitude; they must be serious, responsible, and respectful toward both their operators and superiors. Experience with similar products or processes is preferred; ability to read and interpret technical drawings is required.
