In this role, you will oversee nursing staff and ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to our residents during weekend shifts. You will collabore with interdisciplinary teams to maintain smooth operions, uphold regulory compliance, and support resident well-being. Responsibilities Manage and supervise nursing staff on weekends to ensure efficient and effective care delivery. Coordine resident care activities and ensure compliance with facility policies and ste regulions. Collabore with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, and support staff. Conduct staff training, performance evaluions, and provide guidance and support as needed. Handle resident and family concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure accure documention of resident care and maintain medical records. Participe in quality improvement initiives to enhance resident care and operional efficiency. Requirements Weekend position* (Friday/Surday/Sunday) Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the ste of Colorado. Proven experience in a nursing management role, preferably in long-term care or similar healthcare settings. Strong leadership, communicion, and organizional skills. Ability to work independently during weekend shifts and make critical decisions. Knowledge of regulory requirements and best practices in nursing care.
