Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required and Graduate of a Surgical Technology Program or LPN program Required Work Experience 3 years of expereince and Surgical Tech Certification Required or In lieu of degree 7 years of experience can be substituted for certification for a total requirement of 10 years of Surgical Tech experience.
